Hoppers

Hoppers are used to damp waste materials into containers. Before using the hopper the operator has to ensure the forks in the hopper tube base The forklift operator lift the hopper to a position higher then the container rim. The hopper is then positioned completely inside the container perimeter. When the chain is pulled, the hopper tilt forward. The hopper contents are dumped in the container The hopper is returned to the upright, locked position through the contact with the container upper lip and the hopper upper lip. Forks must be lowered and the forklift must move backwards to let the hopper upper rim touch the container upper rim, till the hopper is returned to its horizontal position.
Reinforced and braced formed galvanized steel base and precision robotic welds provide a strong, industrial grade unit. Heavy duty safety blocks secure the hopper to the forklift.
